You can learn everything on
your own just by reading books and web sites. You don't need to pay
anyone. They'll usually just rip you off anyway. Would you pay someone to teach you the Bible if you were a Christian? Well maybe if you wanted to be a preacher you would, but most people don't pay for church and Sunday School,
although the preachers would be more than happy to line their pockets with
your money - and so would witchcraft teachers.
I've never heard anything
good about people that take money to teach witchcraft. So just be a man (or woman) about it and do some research and learn it on your own. If you have
questions, try my Wicca Message Board. The people there are nice and friendly and will help answer your questions if they can. Read around a little first though so you don't
end up asking silly questions.

don't have any money. I wouldn't teach you witchcraft even if you HAD
money.
