"Intentional Community is an inclusive term for
ecovillages, cohousing, residential land trusts, communes, student
co-ops, urban housing cooperatives, alternative communities, and
other projects where people strive together with a common vision."
You can choose an intentional community that meets the needs of you and
your family. If you are concerned about healthy eating, living green,
being accepted for your pagan beliefs, living spiritually, or whatever
your interests are, you can find an intentional community where you can
live and be supported in your beliefs and lifestyle. I am becoming more
and more concerned about the impending energy crises and would like to
find an intentional community to live in that is totally self-sufficient
(or at least has the means to be in case of emergency.) This would
include having farms, livestock, solar heating, and the like. They also
should be spiritually motivated and believe that your thoughts create
your reality. I do not want to live around a bunch of doomsday-type
people. I want to be in a community that believes that we will make it
through any crisis untouched because we were self-sufficient and focused
on the positive instead of the negative.

Safe Cosmetics
- The Campaign for Safe Cosmetics. Do you have eczema, psoriasis, scalp
problems, dry skin, or other problems? Have you ever considered that
perhaps all of the unnatural chemicals that are present in your shampoo,
conditioner, soap, cosmetics, and food might be the cause of your woes?
I have, and right now I'm pretty well convinced that this is the problem
that has plagued me throughout my life. I'm switching to all-natural
products and hopefully will start a whole section on the topic soon. For
now, you can visit the links provided for more information.
