I have officially registered "Everything Under the Moon" ® with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

If you are already using this phrase in your website or business, I'm not planning to chase you down and force you to close your business or website. I'm not like that. But I couldn't trust that other people would be as generous towards me, especially considering the subject matter of my website (witchcraft). I didn't want anyone to register the phrase and then come to me and say that I can't use this website name anymore because THEY got it registered. So I registered it to protect myself and my website. I really do believe in "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" so unless it's obvious that you are intentionally trying to do harm to me by using the phrase "Everything Under the Moon", it's not likely you'll be hearing from me. But this is your notice not to use the phrase in a way that would be detrimental to me or to my website. Thank you!
