Re: Elements + Circle casting
Ummm, sometimes i visualize that my energy forms ripples under my feet and then the ripples "stop" to make a circle. Or i picture a glowing circle around me, shining, and glistering! other than that i lay a colorfull cord around me to symbolize the circle, my room is pretty small so i cant...

Re: Charging?
Hold the item and like Raven said concetrate on the purpose of the charging, for example it could be to protect. Then picture in your mind that the object shines, and that energy fills it coming from your figertips. Or whatever makes you feel more comfortable picturing! You could charge something yo...

Re: Homosexuality and Paganism
Agreed, wiccans witches and pagans generally are quite openminded about homosexuality! I think thats one of the things that brings more and more people to the path, i mean i was christian and pretty much as gay as a ladybug so when i discovered that the wiccan/ pagan community accepted gays (and the...

Re: Cursed rings ?
personally i would burry them for about a day so the rings rest and all the negative energies sip in the earth, the salt is used the same way acually, you bury them in it!

Re: Cursed rings ?
I will agree with shadow on this one, i believe its more possible that the rings have picked up energy. About the cleansing you can use sage incense, or dessert rose water, or salt, or the simplest way bury them (careful where). Also i suppose you could do a tarot reading on the rings to figure out ...

Re: Hyacinth used for gay matters.
The story tells how hyacinth became a flower, and how it signifies the homosexual love! If i were to do a romance spell for me (gay) or for another homosexual friend i would add a hyacinth bulb (the plant's root ) to give my spell the gay energy, and special purpose! One could carve runes on the bul...

Re: Wand-making
You should take a living branch after you talk to the tree and explain the reason you want it. then its traditional to leave something in return such as water, flour, or something else you find fit(salt damages the plants). As for when you should take it, the answer is when the tree is not producing...

Re: Wand-making
Buckeye is a tree in the family of chestnuts.
So if you want more information check out chestnut wood properties.
As far as i know chestnuts are symbols of love, like most nuts are! Also i find it well connected with winter and the new year! warmth and comfyness!

Re: Question about Greek gods/ goddesses
Also one could make an arrow made of a laurel twig (just a pointy end will do) to represent both as Artemis is the huntress usually carrying a bow and Apollo's favorite herb is laurel which was used at the Pythian oracle to divine! My opinion is that greek wicca has grasped the meaning of worshippin...
