I use Magick almost only for working on myself and change myself. So that's probably why I thought you can't work Magick without. I still can't rally imagine how Magick could work differently, but I can easily see that's just due to my experience and maybe not as universal as I thought.

There is no need for relaxation or much attention. Just dealt with the way you are, there are so many ways to enter the trance you need, there surely will be one that fits you perfect.
