Re: Runic engraving for altar box?
Don't be afraid to do it yourself. First off Algiz is a basic protection rune. Raido is a rune for exploration and journeying. A good one for you being on a spiritual journey and working with the contents. Berkana for the goddess and Gar or Ansuz for Odin. You can always ask the runes for inspiratio...

Re: ROLL CALL!
I try to be active but life has been crazy the last 12 weeks. Should be posting more. My dad is stable, kid is back to regular school schedule, day light savings time means more light, sickness is over, and getting my practice back to a regular rhythm. I got some flying ointment and wanted to use it...

I'm glad your dad is going to be ok.

I say it is more general, not just hexes but bad intentions.Allthepacas wrote:Does it only protect against hexes or does it protect from all harm?

Re: Promoting Recycling - your thoughts
So I need to ask, since this is a new term for me and I'm always looking to find new ways of conserving and not being wasteful... what is a worm bin? It's a container that has dirt and earth worms in it. You add items, the worms eat and after so long you take the worm dirt and put the worms in new ...

"Thor Water"
Spring is coming so some of my outside protections are going to be going up. One of those is Thor Water a pun on War Water in Hoodoo. It's used to break up hexes but it's also used to make them. I collect thunderstorm water in a jar, add rusty nails and a rock with the Thurisaz rune on it and seal i...

Re: Promoting Recycling - your thoughts
I recycle as much as I can. I am not perfect though sometimes I pitch something and think I should try to find a way to recycle and don't. I do recycle my cans and all my glass. What gets tricky are things like dryer lint and paper. But in six weeks my brother is giving me a worm bin. A lot of paper...

Meditation moment
I love when these happen and you get it. The message, I mean. My dad had a stroke and was on the floor at his home for almost two days. He's ok now, having surgery for it on Thursday and no real permanent damage. Which the mediation was about. I was doing a healing mediation on him. I imagined stand...

Re: Witches. What kind of ink do you use in your Book of Sha
I hand write in my dream journal but I use printer ink for my BOS. I scrape book so I tend to print what I need to and then add pics or dried herb/flowers.

Re: Some help on child night weting the bed ...
My son will wet the bed if I don't wake and take him. He is 9. I do no liquids after 7 and he has to go at least twice or we have a wet bed. There are basically big kids underwear that will hold urine. If you think her being wet will wake her you can try a pad on the bed but if you really don't want...

If you don't have a lot of space you can put a flower in one of those tomato growers. I got one at a yard sale to put hummingbird preferred flowers in this spring to hang on the porch.
