Exactly ten days ago today... (tw violence)

Exactly ten days ago today I was choked by a staff member in the hospital during a "restraint."
She put her arm around my neck and choked me until I couldn't breathe.
I'm still bothered by it.

So I put my offerings outside for the bugs (I mostly offer herb clippings and plants, as well as cakes) is this okay? Or should I put them on my altar?
