I've seen that in others (and there may have been a time when I really wished harm to someone who had harmed me) and it feels like a void, do you suppose that is where the peaceful aspect comes in? that’s part of it but not fully true... the peace comes in not fighting against that darker nature or...

I prefer to use the psychic flash method... close your eyes then build up energy behind them until it almost hurts, then when you open them, imagine them being light headlights on a car in whatever colour you like.
