Well, in my humble opinion you need to have a basic understanding of magic and how magic works......no good just jumping straight in without any knowledge and understanding.

Meditation and relaxing really will help. But I'm a firm believer of your body not allowing you to AP unless you are physically, emotionally and spiritually ready for it anyway.

You will need to use a bit more fresh Herb than any recipes that use dried though, but either way is perfectly acceptable.
