Hello my name is barker, and I am a little bit curious about wicca and mostly underread about it. I went to a wiccan priest a few years ago who taught me some stuff, now I am here to learn more. I find the wicca that i know so far kind of fun. "living love", hedonism, and "sexy hope" are things that I am about, as a person. I am a male androgyne, yes physically - intersex. I don't know what this means (metaphysically) but i have had a couple of experiences where I was "burned at the stake" and got thru it OK, i think... I have a new kitten since a month ago. She works alongside me keeping the house energetically pure. She is also a fellow alchemist.

I have a diagnosis of schizophrenia. I would love to find more flow, the meds are not helpful there...
Cheers, barker.

Hi Barker and welcome. I hope you enjoy browsing the site & find information to enhance your scope and understanding of Wicca and it's many different avenues. I've only ever known it to be centered on discovering and balancing the strengths and weakenesses of the self. It's known as a path that let's each person find what they seek...rather like the Mirror of Erised, if I can make that comparison to modern fiction.

Well I cleared sanity as a weakness. I know/feel it to be a strength, now. On with integrity... there is something "lawful" about all this...

Exploring Witchcraft is the best thing you will ever do. Few ever find our path and even fewer follow it through. Amaze yourself and adopt our way of life.

Shekinah: yes, Wicca is definately very centered on truth and knowing which I would ordinarily expect all religions to do properly, but they don't quite add up.

Yes, seek medicine, find analytically.
Seek wisdom, find purposefully.

Shekinah: Wicca is not public at "might," and nor am I. Thelema also works for me, to an end, for it is not public at "fun." Pure magic is scary as all heck, mind you - it is permanently famous. Royalty, has a/the thesis on pure magic. It's "alone," which I also am secretly. lol
