Black Noise

I've heard the sensation and sound of beings who are have passed on can be referred to as "black noise." I personally have spent a lot of time and abilities on researching paranormal activity, past lives, etc., and had an experience where we were able to record disembodied voices of children recently, and the experience was different from other research I've done in the past. It FELT different. I'm not finding any research on the concept other than EMF information. Anyone have some ideas about the possibility of sound and emotion coming from the dead at the same time?

It's possible for them to emit sound and emotion, I'm sure, but it takes a lot of energy in order for them to manifest that. They have to have some sort of energy source in order to manifest in that way. I think that only intelligent hauntings would do it, though, because they want to interact with the living and are, for the most part, willing to expend a lot of energy to contact us. I don't know about residual hauntings, though.
