Hand Magik. (if you use it, post tips techniques & advice)

Heres is a video of a few mudras Ive found. I only use a few of these but this video inspired me to ask you all if you use this type of magic and to post any advice and expericences with it, also any mantras you use would be cool to hear too!.

Personally the way I do it is by being completely out of body. However most times i dont focus on anything whatsoever, so this can produce god or bad results, both of which I have learned from and keep track of in my BOS.
I also keep track of ones revealed.. So my BOS is always writing itself. this is a good sign right?.

Really i would just like advice on how to control it better thats all.

I use a few of these, I also use my hands for calling forth elements and calming certain chakras. If a person gives of alot of negative energy I will place one hand over my heart chakra and one over my solar plexus to protect myself from it quickly. I can use my hands to open my other chakras and close them but alot of these I have never tried before. The person in the video looks double jointed if you ask me ._.

Well usually I'm trying to gain insight to issues that are bothering me; and checking on the well being of friends in various locations around the country.

i try not to direct toward anyone one or thing specific, i like to be surprised personally.
