Major Arcana Question

Post by RiverGirl »

Just a quick, possibly dumb question
Ive been practicing doing readings on my self to familiarize myself with my tarot deck. I have been using a celtic cross spread.
I always get atleast 5 of the major arcana cards in my reading. I was just wondering if that was normal, or does it mean something to constantly have so many of them pop up in readings?

Thanks

Whenever major arcana cards come up in a reading, they should be taken into consideration with the surrounding minor arcana cards, like if you get the two of cups next to the lovers, look to your love relationship. The thing that I would be interested in is if the same major arcana cards are coming up in the reading. Then pay close attention to those.
You have a 22 in 78 chance of them coming into play for each reading, so the odds are pretty good.

Thanks for the reply. I guess the odds are good for them to pop up. As for the same ones coming up, the World card and the Star card are in every reading, but the others aren't as constant.
Thanks again :)
