What herbs are associated with dreams?

I'm trying to make dream necklaces/bracelets so I can contact people through sleep. What herbs could I use to put in or on the object?

here's a couple I know of.

Spanish moss- Protection, opening blockages, and dispelling negativity

Myrrh- Spiritual opening, meditation, and healing. This herb has high psychic vibrations that will enhance any magickal working. Burn as a potent incense to bring peace and for consecration, and blessing of talismans, charms, and magickal tools. Increases the power of any incense of which it is a part. Usually burned with Frankincense.

I personally like ash leaves. You leave 3 under your pillow and (from my experience) you get psychic dreams that you can control. Try using that, then control the dream to see the person sleeping, and enter their mind from that.

Thank you for your help. My uncle has had this dream about a girl it's always in a different setting, she tells him her name every time but when he wakes up he can't remember. Any help or advice would be wonderful. Thank you in advance .

I think adding rosemary, ash leaves and mugwort to a sachet would help. Ash and Mugwort to bring him back to hat dream, and rosemary to remember.

Rosemary, Thyme and Bay are all great for dreams, especially bay which aids lucid dreaming. These all work well in charm work.

Cinnamon, lucid dreaming aids sleep
Mint,
Peppermint , very good for lucid dreaming and easy sleep ,
lavender relaxant ,
chamomile , dream magick, Relaxant and a good stress buster
Mugwort is used for dream magick
raspberry leaves help aid sleep and give clarity of dreams
catnip Aids sleep

Rosemary and lavender is my favorite mix for herbs in dream pillows and dream magick. If you want to work with love related dreams, add a dash of cinnamon to the mix.
