My First Amazing Experiance With The Elements

So today I performed the Rays Rite ritual then setting up the circle with the elements. Afterwards I laid on the ground to meditate. (It is particularly hard for me to relax when I am at home alone due to PTSD.) Anyway I finally get relaxed and I saw myself with the 3 Rays of Light shining upon me and the pentagrams burning around me. Then I heard a noise in the house and I felt scared but could not open my eyes. At that moment I saw dark spirits leaving my body, And The Great Bear of the North, The Hawk of the East, The White Stag of the South, straight attacked these dark spirits. When they were finished I felt so calm. It was amazing. Anyone else have an experiance like this?

No but it sounds incredible. The elements are under used in my book they are pretty powerful stuff.

It did feel great. To see the elements fight for me was really awesome

I believe the "dark souls" i was seeing was my anxieties and depression leaving my body. It will be a constant battle but it is comforting to know they are there for our use
