Post by MsMollimizz »

I like this skull,
amethyst skull is no longer
so I'm searching.
If you know the
stone, I'd appreciate it !

P.S. No one has any idea what it could be ???
P.P.S. When it arrives I'll take it out in the
sunshine, maybe then someone will recognize
this stone. The seller has no idea what stone
it is, that's why I got it so cheap ! Maybe I'll
have to eventually pack it to the library to
find out ???

Dang it ! I just spent 30mins typing and it disappeared !
Grrrr !
There are coincidences !
I got up knowing this skull would be here today.
The seller forgot what kind of stone this is...
I decided to take this kid to the library to find
out what type of stone it is.
I got the box open(tape happy!), Took it out
and cleansed it in kitchen sink cause bathroom
sink would be too small. It's 5"x4"x4"...
Each night on my way to bed I stop at my puter
desk and ask which skull wants to go to bed with
me, there's a choice of 13 skulls to go. There's
7 grape-sized I figure are too small to sleep with.
The last couple nights I've been sleeping with
my Kambaba Jasper skull...it's not like those
with the big spots thru it. I love going thru
esty.com cause 90% of those items you see are
the ones you get, not like amazon.com., so I
get my stones there.
I got me a cup of coffee and proceeded to open
the box. This kid looks better in person ! The
reason for the post besides saying it's here...
I got the new kid on my footstool and wouldn't
you know it looks ALOT like my Kambaba Jasper
skull ! All the way down to the colorings of them
both ! If this guy would have remembered what
type of stone it is he could have charged 4x what
I paid for it !
In Jaap van Etten's book on skulls talks about
him taking his skulls out on the deck(in the area
of Sedona, Az.) and talked about "activating"
the quartz crystal skulls and "layers of energy"
(I don't understand it), anyway he began testing
the "stone" skulls. The stone skulls don't have
the same frequency or amount of layers of the
quartz crystals, except for Kambaba Jasper that
has more "layers" ?
I hope I said that right ? I'm a bit foggy so far
today, glad I'm not driving !
Well Gentle People, I just wanted to share the
news of my new addition and what I found out.
Enjoy your day, may the Goddess' light shine
brightly upon you today !

I think the top skull looks alot like Rhodonite, with a very high iron content.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhodonite

the other skull I have no clue.

I don't know what either of those stones look like :(
So I am probably wrong about the Kambaba ? Figures !
So I'll look those up...
Thanks for your input !

Heliotrope, bloodstone ? It's base stone is darker...
Rhodonite I think is too pinkish
...and I guess the journey continues of the search...

...and the winner is...
Bloodstone !
I went again searching for a similarity...
I turned every page in Crystal Bible AND
The Book of Stones, who they are and what they teach...
Closes thing I found in Crystal Bible was Dumortierite,
Not even close...! So I went looking on this site...
http://www.minerals.net/GemstoneImageGallery.aspx
I found a similar stone in appearance...
You tell me, okay ?
