How long does it take a spell to work?

hi everyone im new - my name is daria. i am a russian pagan and am new to all this stuff. i just cast my first love spell today (monday) and i was wondering in how long these spells usually start working. also once you cast the spell and store everything and etc. is there any specific way to act, or is it better to just leave it be. thanks so much and i apologize if this was asked before.
