Cat/dragon sculpture? Help

I have this pewter sculpture I love and I was wondering about how I could include it in my rituals/spellwork/prayer

Use it as you see fit and feel it out. I would like to urge you to research the tools section as well as topics relating to talismans.

I've tried but I'm having difficulty finding the properties of pewter and a seirious dragon symbolism

First off I would personally use that as a wand but thats just me. As for properties lets see:
Pewter (tin, copper, antimony, bismuth, and sometime lead or silver): Money and Luck because it’s mostly made from tin.

As for Dragons:
