Oh yes, good idea. The basic hands-on-floor is a good way to give excess energy back to the earth. There are bazillions of variations on the theme and using what you are comfortable with is absolutely best. Try out different things as you go on, and expand on what you do. You've got the circle part ok. Have fun with it too.

The ADHD might contribute to the problem, because the ADHD brain is hard wired differently. It's very easy to get too passionate about what you're doing in the moment.
