January leftovers. Puff pastry, apples cut into bits, fresh lemon juice, 1 tbsp muscovado sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ginger powder, bake as package says, after baking sprinkle with powdered sugar. :)

Are you doing these as turnovers, open large flan or mini flans style?

Turnovers use baking paper/parchment for baking these in oven.

As someone who loves cooking and trying new things, I am always on the lookout for unique dining experiences. One day, a friend recommended that I check out the Best Kava Bar in town. I had never tried kava before, but I was excited to give it a try. The taste of kava was unlike anything I had ever tried before. It had a slightly bitter, earthy flavor that was both refreshing and calming. Thanks to my visit to kava bar in town, I not only discovered a new and delicious beverage, but I also made some great new friends and learned more about the local food scene.
