Lucid Dream to Astral Travel

Well, Since I last posted my astral attempts I've gotten to the vibration stage a couple times and the noise stage once (electricityish this time, yay for not death screams) yesterday actually.

Problem is, I got to the noise stage this time by, once again, catching myself in a lucid dream and manipulating it.

So, what I was wondering is can I get some info or links on how to better recognize dreams (making them lucid) and how to transition from lucid to astral, because I have a hard time making this conversion. Thanks for all your help, I'm getting damn close to my first real projection!

hey... can u please tell me how can i do astral travel too i always think of doing it but i sleep all the time please give me details if possible

Start with these sites. There are several ways to do this but basically you need to get to a state where your body is physically asleep but your mind is awake. Vibrations will come, and at that point you need to 'pull' your consciessness out of your body.

Still looking for help on my original questions btw.
