I would get a ton of sea or kosher salt and basically salt the whole place. Back in the day people used to keep chickens to scatch of the gris gris. I'd also make sure that if there are ghosts you do ritual to have them fully at rest.

I've found a ton of really odd stuff under some of the floor boards. I found one spell that had four teeth in it. I found another one with a bird's beak and another with a few pieces of electronics. No one really knows what their for, but stuff like this is turning up every single day.

well if it is voodoo or Hudoo maybe combating it with the same might help.
