That's definitely a rule. Seeing him run away during an investigation would be like you calling an exterminator and seeing them run away yelling, "Mouse!"

The new TAPS HQ came in this year, it wasn't there first season. They never explained it, so I'm assuming it's just an expansion.

I know it's on at 8 PM and 9 PM Wednesday nights on the east coast.

Cool. My mom watches that show. I find it to be to haunty if you get what I'm saying which you probably don't.
