That's a very good idea, but I'm a minor, (13) but my parents know that I'm a Witch (it was my mum that suggested it to me, she's a Pagan), but as to whether or not they would let me give out any information over the internet, I don't know. It is a really good idea, again, but I just don't know, because no offence, but you could be someone very strange out there in the world, and could stalk someone by knowing their personal information... So I don't know, but it is a nice idea :cutewitch:

Ok everyone the holidays mean things will be tight. I may do a November/ December giveaway or a bigger one on New Years. Will keep you posted on what I can or can't do. But there will be one in January if nothing else.

yeh this is a really cool idea i wish i had anything to help others with i myself am having to wait to buy anything cus i just dont have the money for anything and it dosent help that im having to start over >< i use to practice in secret and my grama found my stuff and throw it away so ive waited 5 years till im out of her place to start up on my practice and gathering again

I wouldn't have books really but herbs, oils, charcoal tabs. Stuff like that. I make the oil and incense I make tarot bags too so stuff like that. I guess if you had to you could play it off as non witchy. I think it would be fun to do once in a while. I have so much organic lavender it would take a year to give it away, lol.

As a newbie..and not underage this is a great idea! I am having a hard time finding some stuff and there was another person who sent me a book that I am reading and then sending back. But you should encourage anyone to grow and develop, whether its oils herbs knowledge. IF you do give away let me know!

This is a nice idea and would be wonderful to be a recipient of.

But maybe instead and/or in addition a shop owner's thread/area could happen, so we can find people's shop's online if we wish to support/purchase from them, in which those who wish to do giveaways or competitions could have them on an forum calendar, if they wish to participate once or all the time, annual or seasonally or when every is a good time scheme.

Don't worry if I can't swing it I wouldn't do it. That's why it's been quiet till now. I am getting some stuff myself and though I could swing something for a giveaway. I don't know about a starter kit but the moon thing sounds cool I am looking up oils and incense now.
