About a girl , nurse , called Caroline ( Kate Hudson ) that comes to a New Orleans ( I think , lol ) to take care of paralised old man , that is acctualy a victim of a Hoodoo soul transfer ritual, done by his wife .
It all revolves about Hoodoo magick ,to shorten it, but real practice and accurant and consistant info on system is given .

I completely LOVED this movie, it was just an amazing thing to see. And she did a great job, although sometimes, she looked really stupid.

There is a profound amount of Cabalistic symbolism in this movie. I wrote an article about it on another site about how important it is to learn to see consciousness instead of hypothetical physical qualifiers like race. Just because it is humanoid does not mean it is human.
