I'm not quite sure where I got this one, but I skimmed through my folder of magic stuff and found this spread, which I've used myself. Had some interesting answers for me.

For yes or no, look to see whether the card is positive or negative. This might be different depending on how you see the cards, so there's no strict guide on this. If you hit one you can't figure out, think about it for a while, or post it here for others' reactions.
