I WON'T GET PAID?

OK, I know I have posted a lot, but I'm furious, I should get paid around this date, and I haven't yet, and my bills are going over the top, I have a freaking mobile, I should pay for, and I need the money so I can be to my job (I use Taxi because there is no bus at the time I need it) so I need those money, because our house's budget is going low, pretty low, and they still haven't paid me, and its not like I can talk to someone, because its city hall, and there isn't one person, there is a bunch of persons, who need to go through the freaking papers, before they send them so I can get paid, what is the matter with them, previous month I got paid at 5th, and now they going slow? now that I need the money? and its the worst time ever, because as I said to my other post,my spell energy is like my money,LOW!!! WHAT AN EXCELLENT TIMING!
