Nightmares every night

Every night I have nightmares. The nightmares are never the same,but have the same two people. In everyone of my dreams I see my best friend get hurt. In a diffrent way each time, for example once in a dream we were in a burning building and then the building colapsed on her. There's also another person in my dreams but I can't tell who he is, and right as I'm about to see who he is I wake up.

Any suggestions on what they mean, or do?
