Guardian Angels?

Hi just wondering how can you know if u have a guardian ANgel or not? Is it the same as a spirit guardian? How do you communicate with them? sorry for all the questions but I am really interested to find out.

Hm,
I think spirit guides are a little easier to focus on than angels. They stay pretty close to you, feel similar to other human energies (with their own distinct vibe), but angels feel very different. They aren't human and never were, so they can uphold a sense of peace, faith, and love that make them stand apart. Their energies are a higher vibration of energy, healing and positive. They may be hard to distinguish, but they are there.
