Is this astral Travel

recently I was sleeping well sort of and i had this very vivid dream type sensation keep in mind Im new to these terms but the thing was it didnt feel like a dream and there was someone else there. the strange thing about this is they seemed real I could touch them they could touch me and the energy was strong but they seemed to know me my name and seemed more aware than I was about any of it they seemed to have alot more control than I did not in a bad sense but they seemed more advance I could see this person touch them in dreams Im not able to feel and Ive had these experiences for some time but this was pretty intense and actually pleasant does anyone have any feedback on what this was? It felt like someone walked in on my subconsiouss state but i could be wrong.
