capsules of rosemary

has anyone tried taking capsules of rosemary to increase their memory ?
and if so was it effective, possible side effects, etc ... I can't think that there would be an issue but there doesn't seem to be that much online ... i just get a load of websites selling lol

anyways I have exams soon and I'm going to the health food store on thursday - kinda want to know whether they're worth the extortionate prices before then haha

I've not tried Rosemary for memory though it has memory aiding abilities.

There are lots of free online recipes for making Rosemary tea. Perhaps a cheaper option to try first of all.

Also read up about side effects Rosemary can cause, herbs are extremely potent.
