Meditation...Possession?

I'm not sure how to explain this but I'll try my best.
A couple of years ago I was in an accident and my doctors told me that I'd definitely have scarring because of it and healing would take a long time. A few days after that I was meditating and suddenly it felt like something possessed me. I couldn't move or do anything of my own accord. It felt like I was being electrocuted ( not in a painful way) and I heard voices (but I couldn't understand what they were saying). This went on for 3-4 hours until I had full control of my own body. I don't really know exactly how or what happened but whatever did happen healed me completely. A few days following that I had no scarring or any pain. The doctors were shocked and told me it was impossible. I'm wondering if anyone knows what possibly could have done this.
