I've been reading about many different methods of meditation
And wow there was alot, then I decided to try it myself.
So I meditated for about 10 mintues and then the next day I got a headache
I told myself it was nothing and continued meditating. The headache went away
but there still a pain in the middle of my forhead. It doesnt hurt alot, only when I touch it
I was wondering, am I doing anything wrong?? what is the problem??? Please tell me!!!
Any answer would be appreciated.
God Bless,
Arisa

Headaches
Remember the stars that filled the sky
Remember the moon that shined so high
Remember the tree that was so small
Remember me,
Remember it all

Re: Headaches
It could just be a plain ole headache. Or you could be opening up your third eye. You should continue to meditate often and maybe keep a journal to track/journal your experiences and progress.
Re: Headaches
try to get a hold of a Shaman Stone, it is a medicine stone if you rub the spot gently with the stone the pain will fade
