Questions for other abuse survivors.

Long story short, I've been the victim of several rapes, longterm mental and physical abuse, as well as other smaller but still poignant abuses. I've suffered with severe PTSD for several years but have managed to get it somewhat under control recently. At my worst, however, I was having very real hallucinations. If anyone else has had similar.. how do you separate hallucinations from visions?

Hey, I cannot say how to tell what is real or not, but I wonder if you have been to a counselor or some kind of domestic violence support group??
