Breakout Cures

Hi can anyone provide me some herbal/natural cures for breakouts? I've been having breakouts and they are getting bad.

Breakout Spell:

Items needed:
- Teaspoon of Cinnamon
- Teaspoon of Baking soda
- Fresh water

Get a bowl and put in the ground cinnamon and baking soda. Mix them together. Put a little fresh water in. Not to make it a liquid but a paste sustenance. So it stays on your face. But the paste on the breakouts and leave it on for about 30 minutes. Reduces reddeness and size.

Yes, many times! I have breakouts too.

Another thing that works well is Melaleuca (or tea-tree) essential oils. If you rub a few drops over the breakout every morning and evening for a few days, it'll shrink the blemishes because it helps draw out impurities. Warning- the oil doesn't smell very pleasant, but the smell does fade relatively quickly.

Burts Bees Rescue Remedy for breakouts. Then I use organic honey mixed with cinnamon, turmeric, and a few drops of lemon juice mask for 20 minutes rinse with cold water twice a week. Also, diluted Braggs Apple cider vinegar as a toner. Instead of fish oil I take 1500mg of Evening Primrose once a day.
