The Silva Life Learning Method

Hey guys I was wondering if any one has had the chance to try this out and if so how was it... from what I hear its very good in helping you "master" your inner temple.. thoughts ?

ya know...I seem to remember this a few years back...wasn't in my price range as I recall and I was kinda skeptical.
I too would be interested to hear if anyone has had good results.

Well I just downloaded it right after asking. . And its alright but its kinda a "for dummies" guide to meditation and magick without calling it that. .. Very easy to follow along with id recommend it for a witch starting out but only if you can get it for free , definitely not worth the price. But they call your inner temple a workshop and your spirit guides your counselors stuff like that..

Yeah, I wondered about that, but hey, you are bound to glean something from it.
Funny the call it the workshop...I had a key I would use for meditation...it was a old skeleton key from a hotel my husband worked at. When they changed all the locks I got a ton of them, the one I used had "shop" stamped in it. I said this will be my meditation key...to the shop, where the "work"is done! I still use the key and it was a motivational force in the naming of my group.
