If it is that regular, I would take notes, observe all changes, take down things like where you encounter this energy, when, temperature, phase of the moon, day of the week, what you had to eat...drink. What is the weather like. Jot down the feelings you get and how they seem to be out of the norm. Ask questions in the air...and listen for any sense of an answer, see if you can get a name. Keep this little journal handy, so you can take notes at any given time.
Perhaps you can get a sense of why the energy affects you the way it does, and you may just make a connection.
