So, this is very very simple. I'm posting it now, as you are going to need snowdrops. Simply pick some snowdrops from your garden and fill about 3 quarters of a 1 liter bottle and fill with some strong alcohol. Vodka will do, but if you have anything stronger, it's better. Keep in a dark place for about a month and you have a good remedy for cramps and aches in your bones. It also helps with back pain and is good for massages if you catch a cold.
