Contemplative Practices cultivate a critical, first-person focus, sometimes with direct experience as the object, while at other times concentrating on complex ideas or situations. Incorporated into daily life, they act as a reminder to connect to what we find most meaningful.

Contemplative practices are practical, radical, and transformative, developing capacities for deep concentration and quieting the mind in the midst of the action and distraction that fills everyday life. I haven't been able to find this exact version of the Contemplative tree on their website (I'm probably missing it) but they have another on the link.

They also have a blank downloadable version of the tree that is linked to fill out your own personal practices that make you feel connected and centered.

I find it also describes the studies for one who would become a Priest or Priestess of the witches :flyingwitch:
it could be used as a guideline
