What are Contemplative Practices?
Contemplative Practices cultivate a critical, first-person focus, sometimes with direct experience as the object, while at other times concentrating on complex ideas or situations. Incorporated into daily life, they act as a reminder to connect to what we find most meaningful.

I haven't been able to find this exact version of the Contemplative tree on their website (I'm probably missing it) but they have another on the link.
They also have a blank downloadable version of the tree that is linked to fill out your own personal practices that make you feel connected and centered.

This is really good information Alura!..
thanks so much for posting.
I'm really liking the tree...
I find it also describes the studies for one who would become a Priest or Priestess of the witches
it could be used as a guideline
