Mindfulness can also help us in healing by helping us process all of the emotions when dealing with mental and emotional stressors. This is particularly useful for those who are dealing with PTSD, Anxiety disorders, Depression, and other mental health problems. Mindfulness is a tool to be aware of your life so you can act accordingly, even if at that moment screaming into a pillow is a proper action.
