Everything Under the Moon

Hi everyone,

For Mothers Day I decided to make my mum some home made body lotion. She's had a lot going on recently, so I thought I'd make it with violet essential oils, to encourage peace and happiness. I can't post the measurements as it was kind of a "go with what feels right" recipe, but it included, olive oil, jojoba oil, shea butter, bees wax, vitamin E, and violet oil. Then I decorated a jar for it to go in. It turned out really well, so I'm going to have a go at lavender for myself now!

Whilst stirring the concoction I chanted a spell that I'd written;

"Protection, peace, power,
From this delicate purple flower"

(I know that sounds a bit lame, but I wanted to keep it simple!)

Ps. There are two jars as I ended up making enough for two, so will give one to my other half's Mum
