fifth element

I have been practicing witchcraft for quite a while but i do not fit in to the main four elements. I am a part of a fifth; life. The world of plants and animals is what i have reign over. A natural knack with plants and animal affinity are the abilities bestowed unto me by mother. Is this considered a real element? If so, are there other members? I would like a response if possible.

Hi Keeperofpeace,
I feel very much the same way. Animals and plant life has always communicated with me, and I have felt is my closest connection to spirit.
I am an Eclectic Christian-ish ( pray to god and worship Mary in the 3 stages of maiden, mother, chrone) witch but an currently studying green and hedge witchcraft.
There is a lot about nature communication and shamanism I really relate to.
A great place to start for those who are very nature and animal oriented I find.
I would like to learn more about the other four elements and how to incorporate them.

I believe there is a fifth element, I call it Spirit and it lives in the realm of Ether.
This is the tweeny spaces where the double helix exists, hence "life".
We go in and out through this portal...from this life to the next!
