New to this, would like some tips please xxx

Hello everyone. I'm new to crystal and reiki healing and am looking for advice, tips or opinions. I have quite a collection so far and my favourite stone is amethyst (my birthstone) I suffer with anxiety and also bad menstruated pain. I have cleansed (sea salt, water and moonlight)and am programming my crystals today with incense and meditation with the stones. I would just like some more knowledge really. Thanks in advance xxx

If you have a crystal wand, bigger amethyst or clear quartz point and some more tumble stone amethysts then you could make a crystal grid which would be a lot stronger. Just make sure you program it, you know what you're doing and make sure you connect the energies then you should be fine.
