I have a necklace with an amolite fossil, hematite, and a small bottle that has chips of carnelian, citrine, and clear quartz in it.

Always hematite for grounding and clear quartz for protection

Amethyst in my pocket, definetely!

I modified my necklace. The pentacle is now glued to the amolite instead of hanging on the necklace to make it where it won't be hid by the amolite and be more pronounced. I have added pieces of green adventurine, green fluorite, and wave jasper beads to each side of the amolite. I also added garnet chips and tiger's eye chips to the bottle with the carnerlian, quartz, and citrine.

Planning to recharge my crystals tonight but I'll be carrying around

I am carrying my charoite sphere & wearing my kyanite & copper talisman. Actually I tend to always wear these.

A triple combo of rose quartz clear quartz and amythest. This combo I use as it does far more for my depression than my tablets do. (It also helps me as a empath to shield myself so I don't turn into a emotional wreck)

I am wearing my Lapis necklace today to help me sink knowledge into my brain.

I have a chunk of Unakite (stupid cramps) and a piece of Hypersthene (for clarity of thought) in my pocket today

I have a pent necklace I never take off with a little iolite stone in the middle, today that's layered with a quartz point necklace and I've been playing with the chunk of lepidolite I keep at my desk at work for my panic attacks.

Have you given hematite and bloodstone a shot? I have yoga pants with a little secret pocket on the band near my hip that I tuck them into when I have cramps.
