Hi, I am new to working with crystals, and have a question or two about how to use them in elixirs, and I apologise if there is a thread about this already.
Clear Quartz crystal tower. I have been using it on my knees,(they click and hurt whenever I climb stairs and such.) and it has been working for them.
Is there anything that could be considered as a quick elixir for external use? (such as when making a bath or so on.)
