Supprt for weight loss-

Hello :)
I was wondering if there was such a stone that could possible support my goals for weight loss? I've looked it up and have read different things from different resources and I would feel much more comfortable with your input. If you have any ideas please let me know, Thanks :)

Crystals to help one lose weight:

Fire Agate -- reduced cravings
Green Tourmaline -- aid weight loss
Clear Quartz -- balanced the body
Apatite and Sunstone -- suppress hunger and rev up metabolism
Sodolite -- ease water retention

And then put them together in a mojo bag.

My fiancee once owned a weight loss mojo bag and slept with it for almost three months, If I'm not mistaken. It helped her so much and made her health better than her history would lead her to expect.

I know a lot of folks would label this as anthropomorphizing, but the energy from those crystals can only be described as supportive. Such a pleasant vibe!

Not sure if there is a stone as such but I'd reckon any healer stones like crackle quartz may help. Also, generally eating almonds is supposed to help, if you are able to eat nuts. Also Citrine is a good stone for stopping cravings and addictions. Sodalite above also is the worry stone so would aid in the stopping of the weighted mindset as well.

I think Blue apatite is a stone that helps with hunger suppression.

Mythologized,
One tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in 20oz of water
drank during the coarse of the day will eat the fat in the
fat cells. The vinegar puts potassium in your system that
can be taken in pill form, I prefer to drink it because it'll
really hit the spot in summer. You can put five drops in
20oz in the animals water to ward off fleas and ticks...
when you put it in filtered water all the better.
I drank 8oz water with two teaspoons of vinegar and
tried to drink after meals. First, I don't do breakfast; it's
too early for me to eat. and I had trouble getting the
second glass down after dinner. So I switched to an all
day drink and it was easier. Take a drink every time
I passed it. Lost 25lbs over the summer(3mo)...
