My altar for today

My altar changes almost daily. Right now I have a simple altar. Two candles and an incense lit, with rocks representing earth and a sea shell for water, and the incense is air and the candles are fire. The two big candles are my God and goddess. I don't like a lot of things on my altar. I think it gets cluttered.

I like that. I think when I get my computer area set up in the second bedroom, I'll make space for an altar by the window. And then the cats will rearrange it for me hourly. It's what cats do.

I'm in the same boat as SnowCat- I'd love to set up a window altar but I'm pretty sure my cats wouldn't tolerate it being there.

Very nice and simple. I like it because it doesn't even look like an alter...more like decoration. I'm new to all of this so I pictured an alter cluttered with all kinds of stuff...

Thank you for the good feed back. I had that altar set up when I was with my ex. I really miss being a Wiccan. I live with my parents now and they are hard core Christians. So it's difficult for me to get back into it. I really miss this altar set up with incense burning every day. Sigh. It was so comforting to have it lit every day.
