I need help finishing this plea for a storm.

This is what I have so far:

Storm Call

-bowl
-water
-salt
-rice
-feather

Pour the water into the bowl and stir while saying "rains of time, I call thee forth, empty thine eyes, upon this earth," continue stirring and gradually pour in the rice while imagining a great downpour, now, place a feather in the swirling water and say "winds shall follow effortlessly, tearing through every limb of tree," let the water still and sprinkle in the salt. Say "i invocabo autem magnum Cornigerum deus, proud et fortis, ...

I got nothing, I was hoping to do this part in English but I'm drawing a blank. :evilwitch:

I don't know what that last line said but sounds like
you've got all together, just use it like a chant.
