Blocked energy - hormones and depression

Post by blue_moon »

3 years ago I got the diagnosis Depression. The doctor recommended medication - since I felt so miserable I gave it a try and it took away anxieties I would never have linked to a hormonal imbalance.
About half a year later I went to a cranio sacral therapist to treat pain I had in my shoulder. She found out it came from my spine. She sort of unblocked me but since I've had this for ever it still isn't fully treated.

I did some research a while ago and discovered the problem in my spine is very close to if not exactly where my heart chakra is.

A problem with your heart chakra can cause depression due to the resulting hormonal imbalance.

On Wednesday I have an appointment at a hnc therapist (human neuro cybrainetics) - its a little like osteopathy but works on the neurological system - it sort of gets reprogrammed.

I'm a bit excited.

I tried to build up energy in a ritual and noticed how I can't. It seems to get stuck between my shoulder blades everytime. And I can't feel the flow between my arms - if I send energy from the one side to the other.

I know I once could feel it! wish me luck ♡

She's done so much magick before - this therapist - she treated my daughter several time and all of a sudden here eyes got better. She used to have sth called a micro squint. The doctors sayed it would never go away - but it is gone as if it's never been there.

So... I had my appointment yesturday and still am in physical pain from the treatment.
I had and still have this major blockage around my heart chakra - where I said it was.
The therapist told me that only few really work that deep as the hnc techniques does - but she still couldn't understand why this one hasn't been found.
It caused a whole bunch of new blockages up my back and neck.
I told her I had problems building up energy - and she totally agreed!
I'll see her again in two weeks and still have to let my body settle into it's new alignment.

What is HNC? Never heard about it. Have a link or something?

My recommendation to remove all kind of energy blockages is very simple, do this exercise every day for at least 10 minutes. After a few months, you will feel much better. Look at that man on the video, he has a lot of power, is noticeable in his stance.

Thanks, it is not a known therapy in Spain (I'm therapist too). For depression, ask your therapist about St. Jhon's Wort (hypericum perforatum), is an amazing anti-depressive with little secondary effects (just sensitivity to sunlight).

I've considered that as well. She also recommended sth but I forgot to ask her to write it down before I left.

Its a triptophan (?) Providing herb.

I still feel like a disc - the dust is my energy, laying on the surface, it gets blown away, I can't hold it and it's hard for me to retrieve it again.

Hnc is really fascinating! Like I wrote above - she healed my daughters eye - this is so amazing.
Finally I let her heal me -

I'll look into st John's worth. I have the homeopathic d12 here. I think I should consider getting a higher potency to work on the emitional level? Or rather take a herbal extract?

If you can, buy some capsules from herbalist or para-pharmacy, doesn't work on homoeopathic doses. I saw capsules with Hypericum+Triptophan+ B Group vitamins, good combination. Max dosage 1250mg/day(hypericin), if you have 250mg/capsule, 5 capsules/day. Take them for 3 weeks and rest 1 week before take it again. If you're taking medicines ask your doctor before taking St. Jhon's Wort.

For energy, lift the sky for ten minutes every day, sounds stupid, I know, but it works like a charm.

I had my second appointment yesturday - feeling really sore today. I could have slept all morning (wish the kids would have let me).

My therapist unblocked my back yesturday. Now my body has to work the rest. I'll see her again in febuary.

She told me something very interesting - starting to work on my migraine - we both think this could be a key.

It's about inheriting an ancestors problem or concern. Not quite sure how to explain so I'll tell you the story of her son she told me.

At the age of 19 he got a tumor in his thyroid. He was a healthy young man! Nobody could explain why he got sick so suddan and bad.

She went to see some healer in Switzerland who looked at the ancestry to find the cause.

The boys grandfather had to go to the german army at the age of 13/14. He was afraid (but it's not like you had much of a choice) so he decided to join the airforce! It would take a while till he could fly a plain so he might be lucky and the war would be over then.
He flew a reconnaissance (?) Plane and was shot down, the russians got him and he had to work in mines. That was around the age of 19.

The thyroid stands for time some how - she explained - and it grew bigger wanting to provide time.

Now I asked my parents for some background information about my grandparents. At first they didn't know anything.

My grandparents bouth had to flee from their home country - my fathers parents in 1945 - kicked out at night by the techoslovakian military (oma was 25) - my mothers mom was in an orphanage when she was little - her father remaried, took her back and fleed with his two children and new wife around 1938/1939 ( my grandma was 4/5 years old).

I was five when my migraine started.

That is some deep ancestral stuff. Are you feeling that some of this could be the key?

Hard to say - what I know for sure is that everything has a reason and a source. And I still don't understand why I'm suffering since 30 years. So maybe this can be it? Even though I've only seen my mothers family a few times - I feel drawn to their culture.
I grew up with my other oma - I love and miss her so much!
When I was little I always felt I didn't belong here - all this changed when I switched to the lithuanian school. I felt accepted from the first day on.
