Altar table
Bought this on Etsy from Magic Maples. Custom made and I like it a lot. I'd do a clear coat or shellac or whatever you call it which I'll probably do sometime. But I think it's a great addition to an altar which is still in progress.

Re: Altar table
I would use water soluble varnish.
Just did my kitchen cabinets with it and they look great! And the clean up is a breeze.
Sweet find!
Gives me inspiration to make a new one, my regular outdoor altar is falling all apart.

lOh my gosh, that is gorgeous! Enjoy!!
Re: Altar table
Currently it is an old round wooden table from a childs playset. So it's short like to my thigh.
It used to have two chairs that are long gone now.
Haha ...it blonged to my half brothers when they were kids so it's like 30 years old now, probably more. Umm the youngest is 40 so yea...
I really like yours...they sell the rounds at Home Depot and you can get legs at different kengths to screw on.
Beataine treat!
By the way I really recommend the easy clean up varnish, you can get matte I think, but satin would look lovely on your table and it would protect it too.
